We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team at Atlas Coffee Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This position requires a strong background in mechanical systems, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform repairs as necessary.
- Repair and maintain pneumatic systems, manufacturing equipment, electrical components, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain upkeep on facilities and utilities
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs conducted, including parts and labor used.
- Comply with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and machinery.
- Keep maintenance areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Stay current on industry advancements and repair techniques through continuous education and training.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
